After ecxuses about Macs being incompatible with DRM (iTunes?) the BBC have released a stripped-down iPlayer for Mac users. The bit they stripped out was the ability to download programmes (they're only streamable). Better than nothing, I s'pose. I haven't tried to use it yet but it looks like a Flash-based web app. More info here.
