
MacUser have noticed that some DRM-free tracks on iTunes are selling for the same price as those that have DRM (i.e. 20p cheaper). They presume this is due to Amazon's mp3 store selling unrestricted tracks for as little as 88 cents. It does seem silly that iTunes charges so much for iTunes Plus, when sites like (my favourite) eMusic can sell high-quality, non-DRM tracks for as little as 20p.
